What We Collect
- Account Information: Email address and user ID when you sign in with Google or Apple
- App Content: Data you create in the app is stored locally on your device
- Usage Data: Analytics and crash reports to improve the app
- Subscription Status: Whether you have an active premium subscription
How We Use Your Data
AI Tag Suggestions: Your journal entries are sent to Google's AI service (Vertex AI) to generate tag suggestions in real-time. This happens as you write, but your entries are not stored by Google after processing.
Authentication: Firebase handles your Google/Apple sign-in and stores your email and user ID.
Analytics: We collect usage data to understand how people use Mindry and fix technical issues.
Subscriptions: Apple and Google process your payments. We only receive your subscription status, not payment details.
Data Storage
All journal entries and tags are stored locally on your device. We do not sync or backup your journal content to the cloud.
Your Rights
You can delete your account from the Settings page. This removes your authentication data and analytics. Your local journal entries remain on your device until you uninstall the app.

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
Mindry is not intended for users under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes through the app.
